Do you offer free shipping?
No. Each product has its own shipping code. Checkout adds those codes (once per code in the cart). Local pickup in Jacksonville Beach is free.
Where are you located?
We are based in Orange Park / Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Local pickup is available at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Most in-stock items leave within a few business days. Hand-built rods and combos can take a little longer — we will keep you posted if there is a delay.
Can I get fishing advice?
Yes — check Tide Charts, Moon Phase, and Species Guides under Fishing Tools, or ask when you pick up locally.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Unused items in original packaging are eligible. Buyer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Email floridasurftackle@gmail.com with your order number to start.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items leave Jacksonville Beach within 1–3 business days. Hand-built rods and combos can take up to 7 business days. Transit to continental US addresses is typically 2–7 business days after ship. Local pickup is free.
Do you sell Akios reels and Over the Bar rods?
Yes. Florida Surf Tackle carries Akios surf reels and custom Over the Bar rods built for Florida surf fishing, plus rigs, bags, and related gear.
