Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something is wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.

Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Contact us within that window with your order number.

What can be returned

  • Unused items in original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that arrived damaged or incorrect are always eligible — we cover return shipping in those cases.
  • Custom builds, specially ordered items, and used/fished gear are not returnable unless we say otherwise before you buy.

How to return

  1. Email floridasurftackle@gmail.com with your order number, what you want to return, and photos if the item was damaged.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the method we provide. Do not return items without authorization.

Return shipping

Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We pay return shipping when we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are only refunded when the return is our error or a damaged shipment.
